In addition to our in-house experienced team, who will respond to your request for advice within two working days, we have access to a network of specialists covering employment, finance, planning and legal advice.
For legal queries, our specialist legal advisors can provide one hour of free support, with reduced rates if you need ongoing additional work.

HR and employment support from LCD, tailored to local councils
Local Council People & Development (LCPD) is a separate membership service that is designed to suit the needs of local councils. We provide tailored employment and HR advice, support and documentation that is competitively priced to help councils remain legally compliant. Our professionals do not replace the manager/employee relationship but can equip your line managers and council representatives with the skills and information they need to fulfil their obligations effectively.
