 wledge\, skills and attributes (the tools) needed to become an effective c
 hair. Topics include the role and responsibilities of the chair\, the fram
 ework in which the chair operates and relationships with stakeholders. The
  session will also help you to be a more successful chair by improving awa
 reness of yourself and others and understanding the role of a leader. This
  skills development session will assist you as a chair with running effect
 ive meetings\, upholding professional conduct\, dealing with difficult sit
 uations\, engaging with stakeholders\, maintaining good relationships with
  the clerk and other members of staff and effective communications.\n\n\n
